Internships

Ritual internships offer terrific opportunities for bright, energetic people to learn the ins-and-outs of professional theatre. We have internships available in a variety of departments, both administrative and artistic.

The Internship Program aims to provide young individuals with valuable mentorship and expert training, bridging the gap between academic education and practice. Interns play an integral part in our inner workings. Supporting RTC in its daily activities, interns will gain insight, knowledge, and hands-on experience in all aspects of the theater.

We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to theatre and enthusiastic about learning how it all comes together! Ideal candidates will be comfortable with, and thrive on, working independently, possess an innate attention to detail, and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once.  Any office and computer experience is a BIG plus.
